The Lancashire Wide Network for Minority Ethnic Women

The Lancashire Wide Network for Minority Ethnic Women (LWNMEW) is a unique umbrella organisation, a specialist in community development for disadvantaged women and in particular Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) women. Its pioneering approach to regional and local economic regeneration has earned it a county wide reputation.

LWNMEW has its project base in Accrington and covers the whole of Lancashire county. It offers a wide range of support services and helps women to improve their skills and confidence and to bring added benefits to their local communities.
